The Ethics Channel is available to Cerradinho Group internal and external publics, is a tool for safe, transparent, independent, confidential and impartial communication of conducts considered unethical or that violate the ethical principles, the the Code of Conduct principles and/or the current legislation.
Complaints can be registered in two methods:

The channel is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The calls are answered by specialists trained to obtain as much information as possible about the reported complaint, without compromising the anonymity and safety of the source. The telephone number from which the call originates will not be identified under any circumstances.
All the information will be received by Contato Seguro, an external, independent company specialized in receiving complaints.
After the complaint is registered, Contato Seguro will forward, with ensured anonymity, the information to the Ethics Commission of Cerradinho Group for the appropriate handling and forwarding to responsible areas for investigation.
